Welcome to the Journalist Qualification. This Learning pathway or Qualification is composed of six steps that you must follow, which are :

  • Learning Path (Here you get guidance on the steps to follow)
  • Resources (This is where you will download the files you need during your studies)
  • File Submission (After downloading the files, if there are files to be signed or filled in, fill in and submit here)
  • Knowledge Module or KM (This is the first Module that you will start with)
  • Practical Module or PM (This is the second Module that will follow the Knowledge Module)
  • Work Experience Module or WE (This is the last Module that follows the Practical Module)
  • Assessments (This is where you will complete the final Exam or Assessments)
  • Once you have completed the Assessments stage, you will have now completed this Qualification
  • QCTO Certification (Please wait until you receive an email or notification about your QCTO Certificate if you have qualified) 


You need to complete all the modules to receive the final certificate (Provided you qualified).

In each module, at the end of the module, there will be clear instructions on what to do next. Please read the instruction carefully, and follow as guided in order to move into next module.
